Featuring a robust 7/16" fiberglass-reinforced inductive rod with a copper core, it excels in maintaining and repairing clay, concrete, PVC, corrugated, and metallic pipes over 1" in diameter.

The MAVERICK tile finding system is very simple to use. The reel is used for locating the route of underground duct, plastic pipes or clay tiles. This makes it an excellent tool for maintenance and repair of field tile networks. It contains various length of various sizes of rod that is rigid, yet flexible enough to guide into nonmetallic and metallic pipes that are over 1” in diameter. There is a terminal connection and a tension brake on the “V2’ & “MAX” for slowing down or stopping reel rotation.
After inserting the rod into the pipe, apply the 82 kHz signal from the direct connection lead of the transmitter to the terminal and connect the other lead of the transmitter to a ground probe, which then energizes the copper wire in the rod. Turn on your receiver, listen for tone, begin marking both your path and depth.
REEL WARRANTY
30 Day Warranty from date of delivery against defects in material and workmanship on frame components. This warranty is void if, after having received the instrument in good condition, it is subjected to abuse, unauthorized alteration or casual repair. We will repair or replace products that prove to be defective during the warranty period. NO OTHER WARRANTY IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. WATER RESISTANCE! This equipment is designed with a level of water resistance. Like all electronic devices, it is best to avoid exposure to rain or moisture. In the event of exposure, dry the unit off and store in a dry place with the case open for at least 24 hours. The housing on both the receiver and transmitter are production sealed. That seal will be compromised if units are disassembled for any reason.
