The Maverick 400CPSL is a robust, self-loading single-reel trailer specifically engineered for the demanding transportation, handling, and installation of underground gas lines and irrigation piping. Built to streamline high-production utility construction, this 7,000 lb. GVWR trailer features a massive 102" carousel and an adjustable cage assembly designed to manage the high-tension recoil of continuous poly pipe.

Whether deploying flexible natural gas conduits or large-scale water lines, this heavy-duty unit gives a single operator complete, controlled command over the payout process from start to finish.

• Adjustable Pipe Cage: Versatile internal architecture easily adjusts to lock both large and small inside-diameter (I.D.) pipe coils securely into place, preventing coil expansion or shifting during transit.

• Controlled Poly Payout: Outfitted with a specialized poly tire payout guide and an easy-operate mechanical hand brake assembly, allowing the operator to maintain precise back-tension and eliminate dangerous free-wheeling.

• Integrated Tracer Wire Management: Features a built-in horizontal tracer wire holder to streamline the simultaneous deployment of utility warning tape or locating wire directly into the trench.

• Flexible Hydraulic Lift Systems: Comes standard with an efficient manual hydraulic hand pump, with optional automated Electric/Hydraulic lift upgrades available to completely eliminate manual labor.
